All my anxiety and burnout coaching programmes are delivered online to make them accessible for those with busy schedules and limited time.

Coaching Programmes for Anxiety & Burnout Relief

Revive & Thrive

Using my unique “360 Anxiety RESET” method, you will get a personalised plan to help you address any anxiety and burnout preventing you from thriving in your business. Whether you are at the early stages of burnout or experiencing severe burnout, this tailor-made coaching programme will give you exactly what you need to feel in control; at peace; and get on with living your life.

This 1:1 coaching programme consists of:

  • An initial 90-minute wellbeing assessment using my unique “360 Anxiety RESET” method.
  • Establishing clear, achievable goals to address symptoms related to anxiety and burnout you are experiencing.
  • 12 x 60-minute tailor made sessions designed to give you insights; understanding; strategies; and solutions to help you deal with your symptoms, whichever stage you are at.
  • Walk away with your very own blueprint to feel in control and create the life and business you want without anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout holding you back.

Rebuilding Resilience

A step-by-step framework to help you address early stages of burnout and manage any anxiety. This 1:1 coaching programme consists of:

  • An initial 45-minute wellbeing assessment
  • Establishing clear, achievable goals to address symptoms related to anxiety and burnout you are experiencing.
  • 6 x 60-minute sessions to give you practical strategies and solutions.
  • Walk away with a set of tools that will help you address burnout and any anxiety before it escalates further.

Pocket Coach

Over 4 weeks, you will have 24/7 access to coaching to help you deal with any situation in your life that might be contributing towards you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or exhausted.

Running a business can be lonely – long hours of working alone; having your breaks or lunches alone whilst catching up with work or emails; and unlike office settings, no popping your head round the computer screen to let off steam with a colleague or a chit chat with your friend at work next to the water cooler. Non-work-related connection and contact throughout the day is invaluable but isn’t always possible as a business owner.

The pocket coach programme will be your very own companion; support; and outlet, so you don’t have to deal with difficult times alone. This coaching service consists of:

  • An initial 60-minute session to identify your emotional needs and what you need support with.
  • Access to 4 weeks of unlimited voice coaching through WhatsApp voice notes.
  • Contact me anytime for support; advice; or guidance to help you through your difficult time and emotional distress.
  • You can discuss with me any situation you need help with e.g., work; family; relationships; mindset; motivation; or any other area of your life that is making you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or exhausted.

This coaching programme is great for that extra bit of support and guidance that we all need from time to time when things can feel a bit overwhelming. All communication will be private and confidential, giving you a safe space to release your thoughts, worries, and prevent anxiety or burnout.

The Wellbeing Assessment

This wellbeing assessment is a great way of identifying symptoms of anxiety and burnout; and how they may be impacting you and your business. Based on the results of your assessment, you will then be given a tailor-made plan consisting of up to 6 different strategies that can help you feel in control and get back on track before the anxiety or burnout begins to spiral out of control. The assessment consists of:

  • An Initial 60-minute call to carry out a wellbeing assessment to determine where your physical; mental; and emotional health is at.
  • During this initial call, we will also identify triggers and stressors contributing towards your symptoms.
  • A follow up 60-minute call to discuss a tailor-made plan outlining up to 6 strategies that can help you to get back on track. During this call you will also be given guidance on how and when to use the strategies.
