I help stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted female business owners to feel in control, so they can create a thriving business without anxiety and burnout.

Do you feel like you are juggling a million things at once with a never ending “to do” list? Finding it difficult to switch off from work even when you’re not working? Do you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted? So much so, that at times you are unable to enjoy your achievements and successes!

Running a business is hard. The perception – you are your own boss and have the flexibility to do what you want, when you want. The reality – you constantly think about work; there is an endless list of things to do; you don’t have a minute to catch your breath let alone focus on self-care; and feel like you are running on an empty.

Just like a swan, you appear to be calm, gliding effortlessly through the water. However, below the water and out of sight, you are working hard and furiously paddling away.

Being a business owner is overwhelming and EXHAUSTING.

If you relate to this, then here’s what you need to know. You don’t need to continue feeling like this. You don’t have to go through life on autopilot, feeling unfulfilled or unsatisfied. You can have a thriving business and the dream life you want without burning yourself into the ground.

So, if you are ready to step off this hamster wheel; be more present; and feel in control, then book in for your free 30-minute curiosity call to have a little chat about how you can get back on track.

Anxiety & Burnout Coaching

Anxiety & burnout coaching is a specialised form of coaching aimed at helping you, as a business owner, to manage and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and burnout so that you can get on with building your business.

The coaching process involves an assessment to understand your specific symptoms; goal setting to set realistic and achievable goals to manage symptoms; building coping strategies and skills for improved resilience; and providing you with ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance to help you get back on track with your life.

The coaching sessions are direct, practical, and solution focused. They are packed full with tools, techniques, and strategies to help you build a thriving business without anxiety or burnout holding you back.

If you are someone who likes to be organised; likes structure; and prefers routine then these coaching programmes will be perfect for you. The information, tools, and strategies you need will be presented in a clear, structured, and logical framework that is easy to understand and follow.

All sessions are delivered online, making them accessible for those with busy lives and limited time.

CBT Therapy

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy to help you heal and deal with emotional distress; past experiences; or difficult life events in a safe and non- judgemental space.

CBT is a therapy that is structured; goal orientated; and often involves specific techniques and exercises tailored to the individual’s needs.

If you feel that past life events or traumas are preventing you from moving forward in your life or business, then CBT is a great way of helping you make sense of things; process emotions; and develop coping strategies, so that you can get on with living your life.

During the CBT sessions, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns; limiting beliefs; and unhealthy behaviours that could be contributing towards emotional distress. Then give you the exact tools and techniques you need to deal with these emotions.

All therapy sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access help and support from the comfort of your own space.

About Kamalyn Kaur

I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Anxiety Expert with over 10 years of experience of providing therapy and coaching services to help with anxiety and burnout recovery.

My approach is simple; direct; and solution focused. I believe that knowledge is power. When working with clients, I help them understand their feelings; triggers; and reasons for their emotions, before giving them solutions. In doing so, it helps them feel more in control of their reactions and responses going forward in the future.

In 2019, I wrote and self-published my first book titled “How to Take Control of A Controlling Relationship”, as a self-help guide for any women wanting clarity on how to identify toxic and unhealthy traits within their own relationships.

As business owners, our stress and anxiety doesn’t just come from our businesses – it can also come from personal relationships.

Over the years, I have worked with many women who have reached out feeling anxious and burnt out, believing that their emotional distress is coming from their working lives. However, as we begin to unpack the emotions, it often becomes evident that the distress is coming from toxic partners; friends; employees; or family members (especially toxic mothers – don’t even get me started on this one!).

In this book, I have identified and outlined the red flags of a toxic relationship, so that women know exactly what to look out for and can feel in control of their situations. Using the insights; knowledge; and information in the book, you can feel empowered to make informed decisions about what they need to do next.

Toxic people are insecure, fragile, and weak beings who prey on those people that are empathetic, kind, caring and compassionate. Nothing infuriates me more than good people being taken advantage of and I am passionate about helping anyone in this situation hence my reason for writing this book.

Since 2020, I have also been a regular expert contributor for the Mornings Show with Kaye Adam on BBC Radio Scotland around topics of mental health; anxiety; and wellbeing.

I am a big advocate of raising awareness around mental health issues and providing solution focused strategies to help with them. My comments and insights have been featured in articles within some well-known publications such as Happiful Magazine; Ok! Magazine; Glamour; Stylist; iNews; Country Living; The Independent; Guardian; and Mail Online. You can check out these articles HERE.

I have also appeared as an anxiety expert on GB News and Talk TV.

When not working, I like to be active and outdoors in fresh air OR the complete opposite, cosied up indoors and binge watching a series on Netflix!
