I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and anxiety coaching programmes to help overcome anxiety. The approach I use is simple and practical because I believe that managing anxiety doesn’t need to be a complicated process.

My therapy and coaching programmes are aimed at female business owners; entrepreneurs; or those working in high demanding corporate roles.

About Kamalyn Kaur

I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Anxiety Expert with over 10 years of experience providing CBT Therapy and anxiety management for individuals with careers in the corporate world; in public service; or those who run their own business.

Using my 360 R.E.S.E.T method, I am able to provide a simple; direct; and solution focused approach to managing anxiety.

In 2019, I wrote and self-published my first book titled “How to Take Control of A Controlling Relationship” to help individuals experiencing anxiety as a result of toxic relationships.

I am a regular contributor for BBC Radio Scotland around topics of mental health; anxiety; and wellness. I have also written articles that have featured on Happiful Magazine; Elephant Journal; and Thrive Global.

When not working, you’ll find me spending time in the outdoors OR binge watching a series on Netflix whilst enjoying a coffee and really BIG slice of cake.
